3, Ruaig - A Traditional Crofthouse Near the Sea

This traditional crofthouse is situated in the east of the island on a working croft and is approximately two hundred yards from the sea. The lounge and kitchen have a panoramic view to Gott bay and Scarinish pier.
Ground Floor:

With washing machine and deep freeze.
Living Room:
Comfortable sitting area with focal fire, television, and dvd.
Fully fitted kitchen :
With electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coal burning stove (use of this is optional and coal can be purchased locally). The dining area seats six to seven.
One single bedroom:
With views of Gott Bay.
Upper Floor
One master double bedroom .
Facing east and with ample storage.
One twin room.
Facing east across farmland.
An additional small bedroom.
With double bed, overlooking Gott bay.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
All bedrooms have duvets and pillows but it is preferable if own linen is supplied.
The house accommodates a maximum of seven occupants.
There are storage heaters in lower and upper hallways. Electricity costs are included in summer letting costs but are subject to charges in winter.
